- SLsavanna lorenzen4 days ago1.0look, i love panera and i eat here often. usually i do pick up, but today i placed an order for delivery through the app because i had a 20% delivery coupon. it’s been 3 hours and the app is still telling me they’re “preparing my order” and it’s still telling me it will be delivered by 3:31pm. it is now 6:30pm and i still have not received my order. i filed a complaint and got $13 back CREDIT, but i payed $16 for the order. only $3 whatever, but i was going to eat my food before work and never got it. and i refreshed the app multiple times and its still saying it will be there between 3:21-3:31😐. luckily i got my delivery coupon back but i’m so annoyed. PSA: never order delivery through their app! they don’t deliver!!!

While the manager was nice, she was completely inept at how to handle a simple cancellation. After about 30 wasted minutes they reordered the food and when I got it, I noticed a sandwich was missing. It was made they just didn’t put it in the bag. Then when I got home, 3 other items were missing and what was supposed to be Mac and cheese was just another bowl of soup that we did not order. People, even if the receipt show everything as “checked off” do not trust it!!! I have reached out to corporate for a solution.
