2/26/26 Stopped by this location in Riverton to get some Cajun fries. Walked in and greeted quickly and ordered Cajun fries to go. While I stood there waiting there were 3 Five Guys employees speaking very loudly about how they dont like five guys and complaining about working there. Also while I was waiting I also noticed how dirty the tables were and carpet area near the soda machines were so filthy. This location needs alot of help. Corp Five Guys Fix this location.

I've had good experiences in this store before. Last week, on Thursday, I left a good review as I drove off with my food. However, last Saturday, I had the worst customer experience of my life. I ordered online through the Five Guys (FG) website. I was notified that the delivery was being done through Doordash. My order was canceled after over an hour of waiting. The e-mail was from FG and had the store number for me to call for more information. I called the store, and they said my order was stolen by a doordash driver. I was given no option "because my order was done through Doordash." I told them my order was done through the FG website. I asked to talk to a manager, and a girl picked up. I asked for other options, none were given. They repeated that they did not have my information because it was done through DD. I tried to explain again that I ordered through FG. The manager told me to "shut up." And said I was holding the line. I asked her for her name twice; she hung up the phone. I got into my car and drove to the store. I called 5 times on my way until the calls dropped, and my drive took about 13 minutes. I got to the store and hang up the call attempt. There were two guys and a girl goofing off at the counter. It was 9:45 pm, I had first ordered online at around 8:20. I asked the girl (she had blond hair) at the register for her name. By the way, none of the staff had pins with their names when I walked in. She recognized my voice, and she, in a big gesture, FLIPPED ME OFF. I said that she knew who I was, and I stated my name and asked her to re-fire my order. She started asking if I was going to interrupt her. I told her she told me to shut up I flipped her off, too. I asked her to do it again, and she a lot less belligerently, flipped me off again. They started re-firing my order without my having to say what it was. Therefore, the excuse of not having my order because of Doordash was also a lie. Another guy came to take over. His name was Justin; I asked. He definitely tried to protect her, but I calmly stated what happened. He kept saying that he did not *see* her flip me off, and that he doubted she had told me to "shut up." I was so angry that he would defend her in a way that made me feel gaslit. He was there and she flipped me of TWICE. I started asking her over the counter (I was probably yelling at this point because she was farther back) if she had done that. She had gone to the back counter, so she was in plain view. He kept interrupting and said he would trespass me. I started getting nervous then. I looked at him in the eye and asked him to, please, hear me out. I calmly explained the whole situation. I was on the verge of tears at that point. He said he would give me my order for free. That's not what I was there for. I explained that I came for an order and not to be disrespected over and over again. I told him that they knew I was calling and no one picked up. He just quietly answered, "we were busy." The store was empty, everything was clean. No phone ringing. They were laughing when I showed up front. I left without my order because I felt deeply humiliated by their staff. I did not go there for free food; I was there to pay for my food and be served with a minimun of respect. I don't know if my order was actually stolen, and because it was the end of the night and they wanted to leave early, they decided not to give me any options. I wonder if they were so lazy that they found a way to cancel my order anyway. **Free points for acting cool while telling a customer to shut up on the phone and flipping them off in person.** Lazy, disrespectful teenagers. Makes me feel sorry for the amazing staff that served me last Wednesday night. I have a voice recording of the interaction at the store if a general manager or owner would like to listen to it.

Good, but way too expensive. Didn't realize they had raised prices so much.
