- KKK KNov 26, 20251.0I came in on Tuesday 11/25 after placing an online order at 6:20 am. I arrived at 6:45 which is when their app said the order would be ready. Their was a few people waiting for orders already snd the staff was clearly busy. I asked the girl if I could cancel my order as I could tell they were busy and I would likely be late for work if I waited for my order. No worries on my part that it was busy. I get it. But the worker refused to give me a refund or cancel my order. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me she needed to help other people order first. I told her my order was online for a single bagel and that was totally fine, just cancel my order I had to leave. She would not refund my order or offer my a gift card with the amount of the purchase on it. She refused to let me speak with the manager who was standing right behind her pretending not to hear me. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager but she wouldn’t let me. I offered to leave my phone number for the manager to contact me when they weren’t busy as I need to leave and she refused and kept yelling at me so I walked out without my food or refund.
