We ordered a hazelnut truffle hot cocoa but we got a hazelnut truffle hot mocha. We should have taste tested before driving away, but at a well-run Dutch Bros location, you shouldn’t have to double check. We will not return to this location.

This morning as I was dropping off my 5 y.o. son at daycare, he had overheard me mentioning that I was “Stopping at Dutch Bros for a coffee run for my coworkers.” He was SO mad that I wasn’t letting him in on it, so I promised we’d stop after I got off work. We got there, and the sweetest girl was taking my order. I’m HORRIBLE at remembering names, but I do know she had some extremely cute nails. Cute enough that I had to compliment the one I could see, before she went to show me all of them. I mean her kindest was so needed, that I called my sister to tell her and when I got to the window she greeted me there. 🥺 It’s those kinds of human interactions that make you feel grateful to be alive. It won’t let me post the picture of the sweet message they wrote on my cup, but dang. I’m telling everyone about this interaction.
- ASAspen SteadmanDec 14, 20251.0i’m genuinely disgusted with this place. i come here to get a fun drink and spend $9 on 2 singular drinks. they tell me my total which was about $9.38. they usually turn the ipad towards you to select a tip option. I notice the girl taking my order, she clicks buttons on the ipad not asking me about a tip so i assumed they weren’t asking anymore. i check my bank account after i left, and somehow i spent $12. so im already paying for overpriced drinks and then the employees who had zero energy and were almost annoyed to serve me decided to tip themselves. You guys are ridiculous.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
