Good job guys and thanks Deven for making my time at the restaurant so much better.

We asked about the 3-for-10 roast beef sandwich deal and the employee told us it “didn’t exist,” with a lot of attitude. When we spoke to the manager, he also gave us attitude instead of trying to help. We looked it up ourselves and found out it was actually a 4-for-10 deal, so the promotion did exist in a different form. Nobody made any effort to explain or check anything for us, and the service was extremely slow. Most of the workers were just standing around while our food took forever. Overall, a really frustrating visit and definitely not the level of service you expect from Arby’s.
