    I come here often and always have a good experience but today, Marina, who helped me win above and beyond. Truly, I say to you she is so helpful and kind. I hope that when you go Anywhere, did you get a chance to experience someone as Genuine and caring as Marina.

    Drive thru here is horrible, usually is very slow and empty majority of the time! Every single time I have came to this location of Arby’s the line is usually no one or 1 to 2 people but always takes the people who work there 25 Minutes to give you your order in the drive through when the service should be better for the prices of food! The employees always have an attitude or just seem they don’t care. Does not follow food safety standards by any means, I’ve had better service and employee experiences at a Mcdonald’s and that says something especially when every other arby’s in the area, the employees are kind, they are quick with giving you your order and the food is fresh! But today I had went to get some lunch again after not going for awhile because of my bad experiences previously! There was one other car in front of me and no other cars in the drive through and only one person it seemed working in the whole store, mind you it was a sunday and it still took most of my time to get my food that was cold when i got it! They are very short staffed and they need some work done at this establishment and more employees and need to work harder on food safety!

    Amazing ladies. They helped out and the food was awesome. I don't always get the best food at Arby's and this place was definitely way good.

    I wish I had a positive thing to say. Went through the drive thru tonight, and to say the least, they have dropped the ball. When we went to order, we were greeted in a not so friendly way, and if that was the worst of it I would have left a 4 star, but unfortunately it go worse. So we order our food, and wanted a quick bite so we paid in cash, and looking through the drive thru window, after the lady, which looked to be the manager, handled our cash, went and handled our food, barehanded, no gloves. Talk about food safety violations to handle ready to eat food, without gloves, handling cash and not washing hands, just disgusting. I was brave enough to take a bite of my food, and my Gyro wasn't all that great, meat was dry, it had barely any sauce. Best part of the experience is that I ordered Jalapeño bites, and at least got those slightly warm. To say the least, I don't plan on returning.
