    Amazing ladies. They helped out and the food was awesome. I don't always get the best food at Arby's and this place was definitely way good.

    I wish I had a positive thing to say. Went through the drive thru tonight, and to say the least, they have dropped the ball. When we went to order, we were greeted in a not so friendly way, and if that was the worst of it I would have left a 4 star, but unfortunately it go worse. So we order our food, and wanted a quick bite so we paid in cash, and looking through the drive thru window, after the lady, which looked to be the manager, handled our cash, went and handled our food, barehanded, no gloves. Talk about food safety violations to handle ready to eat food, without gloves, handling cash and not washing hands, just disgusting. I was brave enough to take a bite of my food, and my Gyro wasn't all that great, meat was dry, it had barely any sauce. Best part of the experience is that I ordered Jalapeño bites, and at least got those slightly warm. To say the least, I don't plan on returning.

    The customer service is seriously lacking. It's not horrible but it's not really friendly or like they even care. It feels like you're more of an inconvenience to them than anything. They don't say hi, or greet you, or tell you to have a good day. If for some reason they do greet you (it's your lucky day! Head to Las Vegas!), it's monotone and they aren't even looking at you. The language barrier can be a little bit of an issue at times. Most of the time the sandwiches are good, most of the time the fries are cold and hard and you only get the little ends of the fries, like rarely the curls. I have never had a problem with them getting my order wrong though.

    Just don't go here. Please. I beg of you. Twenty minutes in drive thru just to have them mess up our order. Went back to have them rectify the issue and nothing was done. There was no apology for our long wait (with 0 cars ahead of us) or for our order being wrong. And yes, I did speak with the shift manager about it. She's the one I dealt with in drive thru and the one I spoke with when I came back.
