If you wait behind the bagel area, you'll be passed in line by others. If you don't want cream cheese automatically added to your order, make sure you specifically ask the cashier if they added it to our order and get a paper receipt. They auto added it to our order after we said we didn't want it. We arrived just after 7am and their bagel supply was already mostly cleaned out. This is one hour after opening. So get here early, or maybe try a different bagel shop because it's likely this Einstein's won't have the bagel you want, by the time you arrive. "A dozen" (12) here is actually "a baker's dozen" (13), so make sure to clarify if you wanted one or the other. They will not say "baker's dozen" when referencing 13.
