- LFLivie Fig2 days ago5.0had such an amazing experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Kaesen!! From the moment I pulled up, they were super friendly, energetic, and genuinely made my day better. You can tell they really care about customers and creating a positive vibe. My drink was perfect, and the service was fast even though it was busy. Kaesen’s attitude and kindness honestly stood out so much—it’s rare to get service like that. Definitely 5 stars and I’ll be coming back for sure!

Kasen was your Broista taking our order this morning, and despite the rain, he still had a chipper attitude, and was very friendly. For those interested, my drink order: Large iced chai, with sugar free almond, vanilla, and cupcake. 2 shots of white coffee, almond milk and vanilla soft top. Not for those who dislike white coffe.

Brekkan is awesome she knows my order and always asks me about my day she is always so kind. I am friends with several baristas and i love them all they always make my day no matter what time i show up and sometimes it’s twice a day. They all know what my favorite drink is. I always look forward to seeing them all. Victoria, Kia, Destiny, kayla, Essence, kasen and Daniel are also so awesome and so kind I love them all. Highly recommend.
- EHEmily HodgeApr 23, 20265.0This location is my absolute favorite to frequent, the staff is so friendly no matter who helps me with my order and I always leaving feeling better than I did when I pulled up to the drive thru(caffeine helps with that a bit) but the staff is a 10/10 Brecklyn, Courtney and Vic helped me with my new favorite, the Pretty in Pink drink and I’m so happy they did because I couldn’t find it anywhere in the app this morning for some reason. I know that when I come for a little pick me up I’ll leave with it and a big smile from my chit chat with the staff. Love you guys!!❤️

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
