  Love Chipotle, I like that they offer different flavors every so often ! Price for the quality is really good too! Chips and queso are really good . No complaints 😃😃

  Went to pick up an order for my husband, and they did not have it. I did not get upset with the workers, I just said that I will need to talk to him about it. (My husband forgot to hit pay to complete the order.) The boy said, "Yeah, you should do that." I cannot believe this boy gave me such an attitude, especially when I did not get upset with anyone. My husband then went to pick up the order and he got attitude from the boy as well. His order only had a few strips of lettuce on it. What kind of place are they running!?!

  I shouldn’t have watched the commercial that made me hungry for El Pastor. I got a salad that had very little lettuce in it not even enough for a child. I wanted El Pastor, but there were only a few little pieces, dried up at that. he said it would take about 15 minutes so I told him I’ll take what’s there and some Barbacoa beef. So he charged me extra for the beef and they were out of guacamole. I wanted the creamy dressing but that was $1.50 extra. Who does that? That’s a staple for a salad, so all they have is a vinaigrette and that ruined the salad.

  The employees were rude and didn’t give appropriate sized food portions. They skimped on the chicken, gave me the wrong salsa and crushed/wadded up my receipt before giving it to me. Not sure why she did that other than she said she didn’t know how to work the register and forgot that I needed my receipt. They all talked to each other, joked around and laughed the whole time without so much as realizing I was trying to order a simple taco. The woman in charge seemed irritated when I came in and rushed me through the line even though no one was behind me. I saw the poor reviews before coming in, but felt like they might do a good job, but the ratings are low for a reason. The employees need to be let go, and a whole new staff hired. They need to realize that they only have a job because of the customers. Some level of professionalism should be displayed and food size portions should be accurate. I will not be returning.

  Had a really good experience at this Chipotle thanks to Sophie and Siosiana. They were both working during a busy rush but kept the line moving quickly without messing up orders. Everything was made right, portions were solid, and the service felt efficient the whole time. You can tell they both take their job seriously—staying organized, communicating, and helping each other out to keep things running smoothly. The place was clean and well-managed, which made a big difference. It’s not always easy to find a Chipotle that runs this well during peak hours, so shoutout to Sophie and Siosiana for their hard work. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had here.
