  Last time we got food from here the wings were undercooked. The skin on the bone-in wings was soft and rubbery. Hardly any sauce as well. We thought maybe that was a one time experience so we gave it another shot. We ordered through the app online and saw that they had an option to make the wings well done. My husband picked up the order and when we opened up the order at home we were surprised to see the soft rubbery wings. I called to see if I could just bring them back for a refund and the girl said that wasn’t necessary and offered me different options, one which one was a refund. I had a feeling that they wouldn’t refund it anyways so 80 dollars later I was was cooking the wings in the air fryer and rummaging through my fridge to see what kind of sauce I can add to them. Had to air fry the fries too since it took a while to deal with the wings. After a rough day at work I just wanted to not be in the kitchen.

  Be careful on how you order here. I ordered a peice boneless wings for my wife. Great 3.99. Ordered a 15 peice for myself. 19.89. Wait a minute if I had just ordered 3, 5 peices I could of gotten it for 12 dollars. So be very deliberate on how you order from here so you do not get price gouged

  Me and my sister were getting our food and asked for boneless and we were given classic, we went and got water cups and took it and said that they have to get our water cups, our table was sticky but it was the only one without food. the employee who gave us our order was in training and no one there helping him. We went back and they did give us our boneless wings

  As a Dasher, you guys need to quit swearing around younger kids. Sat and waited 10 minutes for a order to be done and the woman was cursing and slamming doors. No table was cleaned off. Other worker answered the phone, put them on hold, and never touched it till I reminded them. They then laughed when they found out they hung up...

  Great team, great quality as always but every time wing stop comes out with a new sauce its always a let down stick to the basics/originals thank me later
