  First time going into this location, it was clean and well kept, the girl at the counter Sophia was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Overall the food was tasty and an good experience.

  As somebody who grew up going to Panera in Florida, I was super excited to finally have one in the area. Unfortunately I am never going back to this location. The food wasn't terrible, It was expensive though. The customer service is what totally ruined it for us. They need to seriously train their people. The girl at the counter was named Sophia. Let me start by saying that they weren't busy, we were the only customers in the restaurant. We weren't greeted as we walked up, she had a bad attitude and just stood there staring at us with her hands in her pockets. I ordered a half sandwich, she rung up a whole. Didn't ask what sides I wanted or anything. We also ordered an Iced Chai, that came out hot. I politely brought it to her attention as she just stared at me with her hands still in her pockets. I was then told to tell the kitchen myself to have it fixed. 1- it wasn't busy, and 2- this wasn't my error to fix. I asked her to fix it please. By the time we finished our meals, we still didn't get our replacement. I watched her as we ate just stand at the counter with her hands STILL in her pockets staring off into space, and it still wasn't busy at all. I ended up having to ask the kitchen myself to have our drink replaced. The kitchen staff was more then willing to fix it asap and we did get it replaced fairly quick after I had to fix her errors myself. To say that our drink was terrible is a understatement. I honestly wouldn't have written a review if it wasn't for Sophia and her terrible service, her attention to detail, her failure to own up to her mistake, her failure to fix her mistake, and her overall attitude. This person shouldn't be the first one you interact with going into a restaurant. I can tolerate sub-par food if the customer service was at least decent, but this was by far the worst service I have ever had in my almost 40 years on this earth. Panera, please do better. This individual is going to lose you a lot of business.

  I had that tomato and mozzarella foccia bread sandwich was so good. The sauce they put on it , is delicious

  I ordered the Chicken Egg and Avocado, there was no avocado in my sandwich smh First time here and not coming back.

  They have a friendly fun and tomato soup is delicious solid 10 out of 10 also the energy dragon fruit refresher was super good only has a little caffeine I recommend eating here if you are feeling good and energetic or having a birthday so good I had to take pictures half way of eating oopsie doopsie 😅🙂‍↕️🙂‍↔️😎
