Unfortunately the coupon was not signed by the librarian and the employees absolutely refused to accept it. My daughter is of course is beyond disappointed and crushed. This Wendy's has always had problems but the fact that they're this hard on kids is extremely unacceptable and the owners of this restaurant should be embarrassed that this is the quality of service that their employees provide.

There was not a single person in line behind me or inside of the restaurant. After waiting patiently for over 10 minutes to have my food brought out to me, I went inside the lobby. I proceeded to state that I have been waiting outside for several minutes. The two managers come up to me, one proceeds to approach me with an unserious demeanor. He laughs and jokes stating that “minutes” is nothing to wait for fast food. Then slams a box of sauces on the counter. I am so disappointed in Wendy’s management.
