  Very unprofessional and rude. I accidentally called this store instead of one local to me. The address is very similar. When I called, it rang once before I realized I called UT instead so I hung up and didn't speak to anybody. I didn't think anything of it. An hour later, a female employee called me back and told me I was leaving prank calls, even though I didn't speak to a single person nor did I intend for this to be the outcome. I told her that it wasn't meant to be a prank and that I accidentally called them instead of the local store in my area. She said she was going to report me to the sheriff's office for leaving the "prank calls". I reported it to their corporate office and told them how unprofessional this woman was.

  Person at drive through slammed door in my face on august 18th, when I asked for a receipt. Manager Sylvia said she would replace 4 free meals amd 4 frostys at my convenience. I went to redeem my free meals and the manager Sylvia today said I had already redeemed my meals amd would do nothing for me. This place is a joke if that's how they run a business. I haven't been back until today amd was unsatisfied yet again with the service. I will go to the other ogden locations who are much friendlier. Don't go there unless you want to be called a liar and get windows slammed in your face.
