  I drove up to the drive thru and sat for nearly 10 minutes for a response to be served. I patiently waited and called out to see if they knew we were there and no response so we just gave up and went somewhere else.

  We were there on Friday evening. Had to repeat ourselves to get out sandwich made, the male worker was sweeping then stopped to help without washing hands, he also had to go get a new container of parmesan cheese which is fine but he used a sandwich cutting knife to open it then or it back in its place to be used later! I will not be going back. Only reason it had two stars is because my wife is happy.

  I almost gave this one star 🌟 its freezing out side we decided subway for dinner and would eat in where it would be warm will it was frezzing cold. We told the young kid and he came over to where we was seated and says its not cold and another two customers said it was very cold so they decided to leave will we told the girl and said even if you can just turn the ac off she acted like she didnt know what to do so turned her head and iggnored us will a worker named phillip told the young kid they are very cold and the young kid said so let them complain so phillip knowing customers should be comfortable in the environment made sure something was done they got a hold of the manager and sure enough it was super cold some one had set it to a ac temp and he made sure it got fixed i dont know him personally so im not doing this to make him look good but i am happy he made sure the customers came first thats the only reasons i gave it five stars cause one person made our experience so much better and yes one person can ruin a good experience but one person can also make it better he apologized to us and gave my kids a cookie we have a big family so its alot of money when we come here i had met the owner once when the ovens broke he was very nice and if some one wanted a warm sandwich he would offer to warm in the microwaves and was very apologetic that yound kid never apologized once nor or even talk to us when we was leaving or look at us not even have a good night but this new worker was great i think he should get a raise for excellent customer service skills.
