  I drove up to the drive thru and sat for nearly 10 minutes for a response to be served. I patiently waited and called out to see if they knew we were there and no response so we just gave up and went somewhere else.

  I placed an order through the app but when I arrived at the store the store was closed. It still took my money though and I never got my sandwhich, I called later and they said they could give me free replacement sandwhich if I went in, but I was travelling and don't live anywhere near there. They said they could give me a refund but I never came through, I have tried to contact the many times for several months and keep going from person to person to person and never getting my refund, the last person's number, Mike, I was told was the person, I have texted him and called and left multiple voice messages and never got a response. I tried contacting higher up subway people but I can't find a support phone number or even an email. I was cheated out of my money. If it was a credit card I would have reversed the charge but I used a subway gift card and now am just out of the money.

  This place is always a joke, and I'm done trying to get a half decent sandwich from this shack of disappointment. They are always out of basic things like meats, sauces, bread, and cheese. To add to this, they don't tell you until you come in to pick up your order that they are out of certain things, so then you have to wait longer which defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. The sitting area is always a mess, crumbs everywhere, sticky tables, and flies always buzzing 🤮 Half the time, the door is locked and you can only go through the drive thru. The other half of the time, the drive thru is blocked with a child's booster seat and you can only come inside. The open sign is either non existent or never turned on. I'm convinced the owner gives next to zero attention to this location and could care less about the quality of food and service coming from this place. You shouldn't blame the workers, blame the person in charge of this dump. Luckily there is a Subway right up the road that functions much better than this sorry establishment. Edit: I'm convinced all the Subways in the Ogden area are owned by the same person as they all have brought me near the same level of disappointment after many attempts of getting a half decent sandwich. At least Jersey Mike's can deliver a consistent product. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE THE OWNER YOUR MONEY

  As of late this subway will have its lights on and open sign on but the door is locked and the drive thru unresponsive. When it isn't locked up they seem to be severely understaffed. No clue who the franchise owner is but subway should black list them and give it to someone who will actually keep it running.
