  Drive through speaker was very crisp, assistance placing our order and explaining the menu was very pleasant, and patient. Food was tasty and delicious, made fresh but done quickly. Shout-out to Diamond for making our first visit so pleasant.

  Absolutely love Panera bread! We went through the drive thru and Diamond helped us. She was knowledgeable, clear,and very cheery. Our food was also absolutely delicious.

  Panera Bread was my favorite restaurant in Spring, Texas; I went there weekly. Our new one here is a huge disappointment. Being older it was harder to order as required digitally, I needed help carrying my food to the table because I use a cane and couldn’t find anyone with time to help me but another customer finally assisted me. There were high bar seats for tall, young folks but only a few normal tables that were all taken and I had to wait for a place to eat. The place obviously wants to discourage older and disabled folks. They succeeded. It was an expensive very unpleasant lunch and I won’t be going back.

  Stopped in Riverdale and bought three Asiago stacked bagels. When we got home and opened them up it looked like someone smashed them with a large mallet. Nothing like the menu picture but then again nothing ever does these days. There was very LITTLE meat on them. Bagel stacks not even close. They were disgusting ! For 2 drinks and three bagel stacks come to 34 dollars. Never EVER AGAIN will I go back. I'd go back to McDonald's before going back to this location. If what I received is the product your putting out you won't be in business much longer. Total rip off and fraudulent advertising.

  We had a very disappointing experience at this Panera location. My sandwich came with avocado, and all three slices were partially rotten. I politely asked for a fresher sandwich, and the woman at the front did have a new one made. Unfortunately, the replacement sandwich was missing the meat. When I brought it back, two employees began laughing hysterically. There was no apology—just laughter. I took a photo of the sandwich, and the employees in the back continued laughing and made a comment about me taking a picture. This was incredibly unprofessional and upsetting, especially since I was calm and respectful throughout the interaction. I asked for a refund, and the front desk employee handled that kindly. A man also apologized and gave us a free cookie, which I appreciated. However, the behavior of the other employees and the lack of basic quality control completely overshadowed that gesture. Between the rotten ingredients, repeated mistakes, and disrespectful behavior, this experience was appalling.
