She told me I had to ask for milk (that was included in the kids meal) she said it doesn’t just come with it. We also had to go pay at the front because she didn’t come back for our check.

I understand that they were busy and backed up from orders. But I at least expected things to be warm and fresh. The fries and cheese curds were ice cold and stale. Very very disappointing.

Once seated, the server was nice enough - but she seemed to be the only one working. The fries were cold once the food came out. They didnt have many of the beer selections in the menu. Probably the last time we'll go to this location.

There was not discount no complimentary drinks or anything. A wrong order. We asked for vegetables twice and never came. Other tables came and went. It was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. Why we didn't walk out is beyond me. Buffalo if you see this I want a free meal for wasting me time.
