  Whoever changed the frozen food distributor at this location needs to go. Fried pickles suck, cauliflower wings awful ! Also, server has 2 tables and the food still came out cold and took forever. Been waiting ages as I’m writing this just to pay. Second time but never again.

  $10 for 6 mozzarella sticks is absurd and a rip off, the menu never specified how many you get and since it’s more expensive than any other place around I thought we’d get more than that. I talked to the manager Michelle who was totally rude and said “that’s our spec” and told us we should have ordered the more expensive $17 sampler platter and we get 16. No I’m sorry, no problem solving, nothing to make it right. I guarantee you on every job application you fill out on Buffalo Wild Wings there’s some question having to do with a dissatisfied customer. Whatever Michelle said to get the job, she definitely lied. Her real answer would be “well if a customer is upset I’ll tell them in a condescending tone that’s our spec and tough luck spend more money, that’ll totally make the customer happy”.

  If I could give them a 0 star I would ,the manager “Michelle on day shift” treated us terribly. We ordered the $9.99 mozzarella sticks thinking that we would get what we paid for but nope. We got six sad mozzarella sticks we brought up the fact we felt we got ripped off but she said in a condescending tone that’s our “speck”.then told us if we wanted more we should have ordered the $17 sampler plate. I looked it up and at Texas Roadhouse they have them for a dollar cheaper and you get 8 instead of six so i suggest that if you want the bang for your buck go there. I’m insulted by her actions. There was also an accident in the parking lot and so they needed to find the person whose car was involved and was mocking everyone In the restaurant saying “ so no one knows how to drive here” but no one knew what she was talking about because it was so loud in the restaurant. She should not be a manager because she does not have manager skills or problem solving skills. I will never be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings ever again because I’m done with the bullshit, I’m gonna tell everyone I know about this experience so they don’t go through it too.

  This is the worst buffalo you could ever go to. Odessa was our server and never took care of us. We had to seat ourselves and waited 25 minutes just to get told “do you just want water to drink”. Mind you this is our second time at this location so idk who she was feeling like assuming we just want water😭 but anyways we waited about 30 min to get our orders like literally just wings. Thenn after all that wait (literally 1 hour and 30 min) we were missing the ranch. We asked the different server who gave us our food but she went to go help others and didn’t give a damn.

  Ordered 10 boneless to go, got home and had 8 pieces of chicken. I wasn’t going to drive back just for 2 pieces of chicken, but I was annoyed, so I called to let them know to pay attention in the kitchen. Without questioning me or any push back at all, they offered to remake it for me or an offer for my next visit. I didn’t want to drive pack so I took the latter. I told them all I wanted was to make them aware and pay more attention, but they took it a step further to make it right with an awesome offer. Food we got was really good and their customer service in store and on the phone was wonderful. So I’m happy.
