  This place was very dirty and gross. The food was terrible. The rice was dry and so bland. Very small portions for how expensive they are. Customer service was terrible. The 2 employees were miserable and not friendly. They messed up several things on our order. I’m bewildered how anyone would think this place is good.

  The environment is amazing. They had lovely live music that soothed my soul, and service that goes above and beyond. They made a mistake on my order, but corrected it promptly and humbly in the most generous manner. Love the atmosphere, love the service, love the food.

  My first time going here today!~ The young man who took my order was GRUMPY, just basically threw my food at me and left. But the food is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

  I made an online pickup order and when I got there it was clear they forgot about me. But they were super apologetic, gave me a free drink while I waited and the food was great

  I've been ordering their food for years and have never been disappointed in what I think makes or breaks Hawaiian food - the mac salad. Their mac salad is bar none the best compared to other local Hawaiian food restaurants.
