Almost always super fast. The worst time for speed is in the late evening, around 7-9 pm. Then you'll get a long line. Accuracy is on point and employees are surprisingly super nice, especially for a Taco Bell.

I came on Thursday around 6:20pm and the lady worker was super rude. They had forgotten both of my nacho fry cheeses and my 3 avocado sauces I had paid for. When I went back through the drive through to retrieve my items they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when though I had showed my receipt. The lady then came up to the window asking to see our bag, when we gave it to her she didn’t even take it and then proceeded to tell us the sauces are at the bottom (which they weren’t) when she finally took our receipt she proceeded to hand us only two avocado sauces and basically slammed the window closed and walked away before we could say anything. Horrible service.

On New Year’s Eve, our kids requested Taco Bell, so we placed a mobile order for pickup. Over roughly the last 3-5 visits to this location, our orders have repeatedly been missing items, requiring us to drive back to the store to have them corrected. To try to prevent that from happening again, I chose in-store pickup so I could verify the order before leaving. I checked the bags but did not open the sealed boxes, assuming those would be accurate (they always had been previously). Unfortunately, when I got home, we discovered one of the Chalupas was missing from one of the two supreme boxes. I decided not to bother calling, and drove back to the store, When I got there, the manager (I assume it was the manager - he had addressed at least one of my previous complaints) insisted he specifically remembered there was only one chalupa on the order, and he had made that himself. I explained there had been a chalupa in each supreme box. I was surprised to be suspected of dishonesty rather than treated as a customer reporting a recurring mistake. It would not be worth another 20-minute round trip to the restaurant to get a chalupa I had not paid for. The manager looked up the receipt on his system - I assume he found the second chalupa there, but said nothing to me and walked away, and a few minutes later dropped the replacement item on the counter without acknowledging me, confirming it was mine, or offering any courtesy at all. I actually thought it must have been someone else’s order, until he turned back around and raised his eyebrows at me and irritatedly asked if that was all. The lack of an apology was one thing - the absence of basic respect in how the situation was handled left me feeling pretty crappy as I returned to my family who had finished their meals without me. The ongoing issue is not only that orders are repeatedly incorrect; it’s that the response consistently lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Each return trip means additional time, expense, and a disrupted family meal, while I am treated as if the problem lies with me and as though I am being dishonest—when in reality, I simply want to receive what was paid for so none of my children go without their meal. Although we had decided not to return to this location, a friend in Taco Bell management encouraged me to share constructive feedback so the pattern could be addressed. My hope in writing this is that it leads to improvement in both order accuracy and how customers are treated when issues arise.
