I told him I didn't want lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, and he put it on anyway and told me to take it off if I didn't like it. A person like that shouldn't be part of a good franchise like Subway.

Zane, the manager, followed up promptly, answered my questions, honored special requests (extra wrappers and tax-exempt), and had everything ready right on time. The sandwiches were perfectly made, neatly wrapped, and a huge hit. Outstanding service—I’ll definitely be using this location again. Thanks, Zane!
