  I'm not sure who was running this subway today but you deserve so much praise!!!! This was honestly the best Subway I have had since 2005. The bread was so fresh, I got my sub toasted and usually when I do that the sub is overdone and hard. Today? Nope it was perfectly balanced and toasted. The portions were FILLED! Honestly so much chicken in my sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich! Everything was so freaking delicious and I just sat there amazed at how it felt to actually eat a really freaking good Subway sandwich again! This is how Subway should taste! I also ordered cookies and my goodness, they were fresh, perfectly soft and not doughy or hard and overcooked! Kudos to the team here and I'll definitely be a returning customer!!!!

  Called this Subway to ask a few questions about a school entrepreneurship project. The person who answered didn't seem too interested in it. I respect and understand that they probably get a lot of spam calls and thought that I was a spam call, but they hung up one me. When I called again, they told me to take them off their call list. I made it clear that it was not spam and just wanted to talk with someone who could help me, but she hung up on me again. I just wanted to ask some questions and get some help. It would have been nice if someone had just helped me to know what I could or couldn't do. They just hung up on me. I would have been totally fine if the answer had been no. Nothing against Subway itself, and the employee was doing what they thought was right, so no hard feelings toward them. I just wish I had gotten a little bit more help.

  Dude, no joke, actually best subway I’ve ever had, whoever the dude was working, he was all alone working, and he absolutely slayed away on my sandwiches. Yeah, I say sandwiches cause I actually purchased 6. Yeah I’m insane, but I had coupons that where about to expire, buy one get one free footlongs, I had to use them. The guy, he was so awesome, idk what his name was, but gave him a raise, and he even donated plasma earlier in the day, he’s a saint. He was funny, he was friendly, he was an absolute chef. Those sandwiches absolutely made my entire week, thank you! So! Much! Will be coming back with or without my coupons

  Guys, can you please train your staff that in-store customers are a higher priority than online ones who haven’t shown up yet? I just waited first in line (hadn’t eaten all day and starving) and after 20 minutes, the girl behind the counter started making ANOTHER online order without even asking what I wanted. I left because she was going to do another 3 online orders before taking my order and I had already waited for forever. Just ate at firehouse subs and it was delicious. Oh, and they took my order when I walked in which was a nice touch.
