- DADe annaDec 18, 20253.0First time Papa John experience. Pizza was 7 out of 10, barely tasted any sauce. The driver was delightful. If you charge $4.50 for delivery, your driver is NOT getting a additional tip, you just took their tip, give it to them yourself. A $12.00 order had a final cost of $19.28. The person who took my order by phone was deceptive and pushy. I ended with some congealed coagulated butter garlic sauce that I had no need for, but apparently paid eighty cents each for the privilege of having them included inside my box, touching and contaminating my food before it ever reached me. That is unacceptable anywhere. I was able to eat the slices that had not been contaminated, but given the uneven disproportionate application of toppings, there were only three slices, of a large pizza, that were correctly assembled, unfortunately, they were also contaminated slices. I appreciate cultural diversity, but some accents are very challenging for hearing challenged persons when communicating by phone. Hidden costs, demands for additional tips ATER the business owners stole the first one under the guise of a "delivery fee", there were olives on only three slices of a large pizza, where the tomatoes are, I have no idea, but they're not on the pizza, as ordered. The order desk had large communication challenges, and my was food contaminated with plastic cups inside the box. Do you KNOW how filthy those little cups of sauces are? I don't not recommend. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Almost every staff doesn't seem know what they're doing except 1 new person who was understanding (p.s) ordered breads and instead of what they were supposed to be they look like left over pizza crust.
