  This is the closest McDonald’s to my house so I’m here often when I’m on a budget, these guys have the WORST customer service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. Just consistently bad customer service, they NEVER give you your receipt even when you ask for it and they don’t even look at you when they hand you your stuff.

  Every waking hour I spend thinking about the Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese from this McDonald’s Establishment. I don’t know what it is about this McDonald’s but they have the secret sauce. Sometimes I imagine myself in a sauna with Ronald McDonald hand feeding me McDonald’s chicken nuggets. It’s grimace time.

  I really liked this place for the convenience of it being close to my job but id rather go someone further away to get my food than come here. I’ve had many bad experiences here with having cold/stale fries that taste they’ve been sitting there for awhile, paying extra for pink whipped cream and then just not getting any whipped cream on my frappe, forgetting the condiments and then giving me a plain burger with no condiments in it when I just wanted a normal cheese burger with the usual stuff on it, and the employees giving me looks and not saying anything to me while they just hand me my food and drinks and walk away🫤 I don’t really write many reviews but I thought it I’d express my not so great experiences here and yeah I don’t think I’ll really be back because they just can’t be trusted🤷‍♂️

  So uh I needed a water cup, and uhhh I made eye contact with one of the employees but uhh he didn’t come and help me, so I proceeded to wait for uhhh approximately 2 minutes and uhhhh I decided to take things into my own hands so uhhh when I decided this, I stepped at most 9 inches behind the register and then I got like uhh three ops getting after me for going back there but like brother come on I need a water a cup and you guys aren’t helping me, and you guys only attend to customers when the do stuff you don’t like, and what was really annoying is that it wasn’t busy at all. I am also a Spanish speaker so I am able to communicate with most of these employees so come on man let’s please have better service it really isn’t that hard. Also I got like two McCkicken’s and they had a lot of mayo on them and they were also quite frosty which is pretty disappointing because who doesn’t love a hot meal. And uhhh I also saw a baby that looked like a man which was pretty funny lol.

  Went to get a burger and THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT THE PATTY IN IT. Didn’t realize until the 2nd bite there was no patty so I drove back and asked for a new burger (because you know burgers have meat in them). Most of the workers were nice except the lady at the second window who tried accusing me of lying and not refunding for their mistake. Thank you to the workers who did in the end make my burger, apologized, and did not accuse me. Although purely due to her service I will be ordering from other McDonald's around Provo in the future.
