The place seemed clean enough, food came out fast but was kinda cold. They had very few drink options available in the machines. They were out of some sauces so we trued the buffalo ranch which seemed very oily.

Came in today a little after 11 for lunch, while the drive thru remained busy, there's hardly anyone in the dinning area. After placing my order at the kiosk, I waited for over 10 minutes for my food with no one checked on me or any other customers that's been waiting as well.
All the while, I was wondering how can one of a largest fast food restaurant chain restaurant dedicating 90% their crew in the kitchen and 10% of them just running the orders out with 0 person up front to give customers any care can still be so slow at getting the food out if that's all they're focusing on, while any other fast food chains that are far busier with no kiosks can be so much more efficient, actually having people at the cash register and be friendly and helpful to customers and we still get our food at a decent amount of time.
The positive things are that my order wasn't messed up and it came out with their standard quality.
With little time I have to spare for my lunch break, I again made the mistake of coming to this store. Never again.

We ordered 5 mini Oreo McFlurrys with hot fudge and they didn’t mix them up just put ice cream with Oreo on top. Really frustrating because that’s not a McFlurry and it would’ve been cheaper to just buy ice cream and add Oreo and hot five. To top it off, they were not even friendly and had attitude at the drive through speaker.
