    Honestly kind of pricey for what you get, and while it is a drive through place, I would like some better seating for their walkup window - when you sit down after ordering you are no longer in line of sight of the window, so you don't know when your drinks are ready.

    they chat instead of taking orders, I get it you are trying to be nice but come on having the line get long because you want to chat with a friend. Do it on your day off, I just find it unethical.

    I’ve been a satisfied die-hard Dutch Bros customer, in Provo, for four years. Not any longer!!!. I usually park and get my drinks since driving thru takes too long and I felt, I was trying to assist staff with customer overflow. Staff knew my drinks, my granddaughter’s name, and my name and my family members. I did my routine. I parked, ordered, got my drinks quickly to attend to my daughter in the ER at Intermountain Hospital. I was getting coffee for some of the family members waiting in the ER. There is parking in front of the window along until the drive thru line begins. Keep in mind there is an arrow exiting from the parking lane I parked . Since there were two cars blocking lane that had a directional arrow pointing out of the parking lot, I was stuck for 15 minutes. I asked that the two cars merge to the other lane so I could get out of the parking lot. A riot almost happened by my request. I was honked at, cursed at, women were screaming out of their vehicle. A staff member urged me to merge into a 30-40 minute lane. I was in the line being verbally hackled by this woman next to me in line, others cursing at the woman screaming out of her window. After 30 minutes, the iced drinks were melted - I gave drinks that I purchased to staff members and let him know I was not interested in ever again coming back. By the time I got out of Dutch parking lot, I knew I would NEVER spend money at Dutch Bros again. Dutch bros. had my business for 4 years. This situation was created by this establishment —- it took an hour to get out of this business’ parking lot. The staff steered me into a line for people that had been waiting their turn. I had purchased my items and by the time I was out of the line, our drinks were ruined. No one wins and no one was happy. I called customer service corporate line. Gave my complaint and NO ONE has replied to my complaint. Not sure that it’s even legal to keep stuck customers in their parking lot this way. Specially when my family member was in the ER. Please don’t reply to this complaint by your standardized message. Already went the route you requested. Please have your Regional Manager contact me. I have your app and you have my information. I plan to follow up on this. This situation needs to be addressed and what happened to me should never happen to anyone.

    The crew working dec 9 9:00 am need retraining. The girl sorted the car line wrong (two lanes are supposed to zipper it’s not hard), they got my drink order wrong, didn’t talk at the window, listening to crass rap music with audible swearing and sexual lyrics cardi b was on it was disgusting. And to top it all off they forgot to give out straws. I would suggest to fire this lineup but maybe look to retrain. Seems like a waste of money but good luck with that
