One employee at this location stands out. Her name is Susie. She is an absolute rockstar. Came to this location for the first time. 3 employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing and 2 more employees sitting in the lobby drinking and on their phones. Susie seemed to be the only one working and doing the work of 3 people. Susie stopped what she was prepping, washed her hands and proceeded to take our order as well as the 5 people behind us. She had all 6 of our orders completed in a matter of minutes. She was absolutely fantastic and I felt bad that she appeared to be the only one working. This location would be a complete disaster without her.

I’m Asian and I was with my white friend. We got the exact same thing but his bowl was significantly bigger. I’m trying to see a different reason but that is the only difference between us. We ordered right beside each other. He even asked for double meat and wasn’t charged for it. But when I asked she said it would be more money.
It was a girl btw

Don't go to this location. Serving sizes are terrible for the price. Feels like they're tying to give you as little food as possible.

Absolutely ridiculous. I opened my order and it looks like a whole entire chunk was taken out of my food. I had ordered 3 bowls and all of them had little to nothing of what was put in the order. Chipotle is usually very good. But I can’t even put into words how disappointed I was opening this bowl. DO NOT go to the Provo University Avenue one.

Sent my daughters to go get an order of Chipotle for the family. Which is not a small amount of food for a family of 5. There have been at least 3 times when we have gone there and the actual little lady manager there has been rude and difficult to deal with. She gets so mad when we ask for changes on our order. BUT isn't one of Chipotle's ads is that we can do it like we want? If you do not feel that way then maybe you are not in the right industry. The beans there are never cooked all the way. The rice is always semi cooked. They never give you good portions when you ask for extra. Last night when my daughters went they charged her for two meat portions but only gave her one. My meat portion consisted of mostly huge fat pieces. And the servers were just so rude to my daughter. But what do you expect when the manager is setting the example? So we decided not to go to that one any longer as the one off of University Parkway has better service and better food.
