  04/10/2026 around 12:30 pm. Honestly will not go to this location again. The lady at the counter has no idea what she was doing. She got multiple orders wrong. Constantly complained to customers and showed annoyance to the cooks. Cooks moved slower than turtles. The fries were stale. And the fountain drinks tasted terrible. The employees could benefit from proper training. Or a well trained manager on site.

  Good was delicious. Izzy recommended the Mac and cheese. It was really good and the chicken was amazing

  Izzie told us we had to come try out The Bird and it was delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We tried 4 different items on the menu and all were great. We will be regulars for sure.

  Went in to eat today at The Bird with my dad while we were waiting for my car to get its oil changed over at Burts Brothers. We walked up to order, and to look at the menu, and the woman at the front just stared at us, no “hello, how are you?” nothing. There was no room for my dad and I to sit, so we basically had to wait for someone to leave so we could use their table. There was a couple there that I noticed had arrived before my dad and I. While my dad and I were practically finished eating, I heard the couple go ask about their food they they had yet to receive, which is shocking because my dad and I got our food before them, and they had been sitting down since we stepped foot in the place. I was being a bit nosey, and the employees were trying to figure out who a supposed “pick up” order belonged to because it had been sitting in the little hot box in the front for a while. It turns out that order was the couple’s order that they’d been waiting nearly thirty minutes or so for. The employees sort of laughed it off and shrugged their poor service off, meanwhile the clearly annoyed couple made their way out. I found it very inconsiderate because how could they not have asked the couple if they received their food yet? They only had drinks on their table, and they were the only other people, other than my dad and I, in the restaurant. I also noticed that there were some employees that wore their hair completely down and they were going in and out of the kitchen, which I don’t think is very sanitary. The food is very bland, and you’re definitely better off spending your money elsewhere. Not worth it at all.

  Tried The Bird for the first time last night. The chicken was absolutely perfect—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and served piping hot. The 'wing sauce' is liquid gold. It hits you with a sharp, bright tang and finishes with a robust spice that is absolutely top-tier. The prices are generous for the quality and many side options available.
