I feel like it's always a gamble of wether or not the drive thru is closed, the wait for certain food is super long, or some other random inconvenience. Usually it's the drive-thru not being open. And, my breakfast bagel is usually barely even warm...like you could at least melt the cheese 😬 I think staffing and general management needs to be looked at cause really, how often can a drive thru be shut down with a big list of how long the wait will be if I choose to go inside? What is going on there?
