First of all we start off by saying I absolutely love Einstein’s bagels and sandwiches. I went into the Einstein’s on 2700 N. Out in northern Ogden I ordered a blueberry bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese toasted and a large orange juice. I pay $10 and something cents the gentleman handled. Me my bagel I said wow that was quick toasted correct and he said yes handed me the bagel and I walked out of there without my orange juice. Got to the car to get situated started eating my bagel and realized it wasn’t toasted and I didn’t have my orange juice so I walked back in said I forgot my orange juice. The gentleman went over and started to pour my orange juice but ran out of orange juice in his Big picher and instead of getting more orange juice to fill up my cup he just left it not full brought me my orange juice and I just took a drink of it. It’s the most watered down crappy Watered down orange juice I’ve ever tasted when I mentioned that my bagel wasn’t toasted, they just looked at me. Nobody uttered a word.come on guys have a little pride in your work

Customer service is great and I love the food; however it seems to be a gamble between if the drive thru is going to be open or not it’s so random, not to mention my average experience in the drive thru is about a 15-20 minute wait. Sometimes I like to come here and grab something before work in the morning but I feel like I can’t do that

Wow... dont think that ive ever been through a drive thru at 10am where they tell you that their drive-thru is closed and that they are out of bagels. How are you out of the only thing that you even make? There was no "come on in and well make you one". It was basically just like... Sucks to suck. Have a good one. After reading the reviews it seems that this is a common occurrence. Pretty hard to run a business if you dont even make the food that keeps you open. Sad that the employees are ruining this business.

We waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes for two bagels. My bagel wasn’t toasted like I asked, there was hardly any smear on it and my son’s bagel sandwich was cold. There was no one in front of us and no customers inside the store because there was a sign that said drive thru only.

I come to this location pretty often and it’s always a gamble on whether or not you will get what you ordered. Unfortunately today was the worst it had ever been. The service was incredibly slow and I went through the drive thru. Two people were ahead of me and they had one of them pull ahead. The second person was upset because they had got his order wrong. Once it was finally my turn they ended up giving me someone else’s order (I always check before I pull away). So I gave it back and they handed me another bag. I pulled over to a parking spot to check and again, they got the order wrong. So I went inside and let them know. The two women working the front had no sense of urgency and seemed not to care about the growing amount of customers. As I waited for my order another customer came in (it was the one they had pull up to the front) asking how much longer her order would be. She had been waiting for 25 minutes. And neither of the two women working the front had any idea where her order was. Another customer came in after with a wrong order as well. The other customers and I wished each other luck as we left, hoping this time we would have the correct order in our bags.
