  I didn't see them get one order correct or complete in 30 minutes while waiting for mine. My order was missing items and condiments.

  Ordered food… app said “on the way out to you” waited at the curbside for 15 minutes. Came walking in and watched them Pick it up from the counter and meet me at the door. Seriously one of the worst McDonalds ever. Food is cold.

  Nothing against the employees but I went to pick up a curbside order in lunch break which was incorrect and then went through the drive thru to have them give me the missing item and they gave me someone else’s order and it sucked and got me sick! But that’s what happens when you eat fast food/junk! Straight chemicals!

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Whole staff were super rude, even the manager. My friend and I pulled up to the menu board to confirm his mobile order, we then get told to pull to the window. As we pull forward, we get asked what we got. I told her it was a mobile order and told her the name. This older woman then tells me “Well, a name isn’t going to help”. She then turns around and tells whoever behind her the name and mobile order number. Funny cause I thought the name and number were useless? Anyway, we get told to pull forward to reserved parking just for the manager (I assume) to hobble out and tell us we ALREADY picked up the order around 1pm and it’s now 1:15pm (mind you were in the drive thru for 10 minutes!) but they’d remake it for us. Now they be rude, and wanna call us liars within a span of 10 minutes. Also, they gave us the wrong drink the first time. No wonder this place barely has 3 stars.

  I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones. I went through the drive through with my friend after placing an online order. The line was quite long which is fine. However, we got the receipt, and the next window attempted to give us the wrong order. We were then told to park while they prepared our order. Another worker came out and attempted to tell us that we already received our food. We still were waiting in the parked section to wait. We assume they gave the order to another car. I don’t appreciate being called a liar by an employee. We waited patiently without issues, and to be called a liar and making it seem like a hassle to make the food is not great customer service.
