- KVKyle VHDec 31, 20252.0Ordered my wings 3-4 hours ago. Should’ve been done at 7:15 PM, the time I set. I walked in and I saw my name on the board that they weren’t preparing my order. As soon as I told them my name, they scrambled around looking for my order to realize they hadn’t acknowledged it yet or lost track of it. They barely pressed recieved order while I was there watching them. Manager boy organizing it all back there, acted like we were in the wrong and didn’t know what we were doing. Also, not one person was wearing gloves, so I’m sure I’ll enjoy my food with their grubby hands all over my food. Had to sit around for 30 minutes while they prepped our order. Walk in orders went out before ours did. Watched about 5 other people have the same issue as us. Bad service, unorganized kitchen. The team seems like they are just trying to wing it here, no pun intended.

When I called in about the raw wings they did not offer to fix the order, but they did offer a partial refund. After this much disappointment I would highly encourage you to always check your order before you leave.
