  Despite a few hiccups with my take out order(missing 2 fries and a burger, however I always check and thankfully so, as it would've been super frustrating to drive home to Provo and back to PG retrieve the missing meals), the owner profusely apologized, gave me coupons and a free burger to give them a second chance, obviously gave me the rest of order that was missing. And he even offered to help carry my food to my car! I'm giving them 4 stars bc the food was delicious and I could tell the Owner really does care and his workers are human and humans make mistakes. I believe all the mistakes made that day, just happen to hit my order. PS the cheese steak was absolutely delicious! My favorite cheese steak in Utah! I will update my review if my second visit goes without missing items!

You can tell they follow a solid system in the kitchen. The staff works efficiently and keeps a positive attitude, which makes the experience even better. Clean environment, good flow, and strong brand identity. Definitely a well-managed location.”

  Wayback is a great burger place. Hand dipped shakes, numerous side options, even some vegetarian options. The food is good, with good portions. I've tried most of the burgers on the menu and love them all. Wayback is a regular stop in my lunch rotation. There really is nothing to complain about, the restaurant is always clean. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, and even the rewards program is good.

  Came on a Saturday (not an off day) only 2 ppl working when we were there. Someone’s food sat at the counter for 20 minutes getting cold before it was even picked up (and then they told them to remake it). Staff looked extremely disorganized and also gave someone the wrong order. Other orders sat unpicked up for long as well. Crazy disorganized and understaffed. It took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 sides. Maybe this was the B team but I won’t ever be back.

  You know that feeling you get when you're holding a baby and it smiles at you? It's like that for your stomach. Imagine, you're sitting down. When that beef skids over them lips, you know it's meant ta be. Or as they say, "meant ta beef." They say that due to the vastness and infinite incomprehensible nature of the universe, the beauty our minds can comprehend in our physical state is merely a drop in the $2 (or free with purchase of $20 or more) Harbor Freight bucket compared to what's actually out there. But after this burger, i can tell you what's out there. I've seen it. I've touched it. It's touched me. We've touched each other.
