- BLBrenden LaytonOct 29, 20251.0I had a car side delivery order and after waiting in my car for 10 min after the tracker said it was ready I went into the store to ask only to learn it was still in the oven and it was another 5 min wait. According to one of the employees the tracker is just an automatic timer and has no connection to what's actually happening with your food. What's the point of having the tracker if it's just completely wrong and on an automatic timer anyways? I wouldn't mind waiting 15 min more for my food, but they should only be saying it's ready when it's actually ready. To add insult to injury they messed up the order and I didn't realize until I was home.
