  Carne asada was served cold. When server was putting order together she added about 6 beans as that’s all that was in the bean container she was serving from. It was around 4:00pm and I felt I wasn’t important enough to get fresh or warm or full serving size. Terrible location. We won’t go back. Plus the place was empty. Can’t see it staying open. We sat outside.

  First off… The employees are ALWAYS rude. The food is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it isn’t, so they are inconsistent. Want to use the “fast lane?” Don’t bother. You’ll sit there for at least 5 min before someone finally comes and helps you. Even though multiple employees literally look at you sitting there waiting. Now for today’s story; the reason I’m writing this review. I placed an order to be pick up in the “chipotlane” or whatever they call it. Drive by the front of the store where you can see ALL of the inside, so that we can get to the lane. All the employees are gathered in a circle talking and no customers. Ok whatever we don’t care, that just means we’ll get our food quick. NOPE. Sat there for almost 5 minutes, literally watching them point at the window and look as if they were arguing as to who was going to help us. They all then went where you couldn’t see then through the window…. I waited another minute and then honked. Finally someone came up and asked the name. Gave me my food (the bottom of the bag was a little wet on the corner but we thought it was just water or something. Nothing major) and we finally left. WELL. Get home, pick up the bag, sour cream comes POURING out that corner that was wet. I hurry and set the bag down open it up, and the side of sour creams lid was off. They had the large guacamole on top of it (I moved it before taking the photo) so I don’t know if that’s what caused it to come off or what. But there was sour cream EVERYWHERE and the lid to the guacamole was coming off and starting to ooze off. This is our last time coming to the location. Their unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful employees are one thing, but then the inconsistency for expensive food isn’t worth it. I don’t want to pay that much for dog food.

  When it first opened it was great. Not anymore, and I’ve tried several times to allow for redemption but no luck. They are frequently out of main ingredients, or they are cold (the meat), or the staff are grouchy and unfriendly (not all of them). The chips are frequently stale (do they keep the day old ones and mix them with new or what?), their drink machines were down today, and my son twice bit into something that could have chipped a tooth! Portion sizes are hit and miss (if you ask, they fix that so they’re not unwilling) and many times the staff are just milling around. I don’t know what happened. It takes a lot for me to stop going to a Chipotle (I love the food so much) but…I can’t recommend this particular one anymore. Such a bummer, too, because it’s so much closer to home than another one.

  I regularly eat at chipotles everywhere I go. I’m very particular with my order and the portion size. To date, this has been my best experience. My bowl was loaded, everyone was kind, very clean. Thanks, PG Chipotle!

  Food is always solid but the SLOWEST service I’ve ever seen. It’s like only one person is working. I thought it was a one time thing but this is the 12th time I’ve been here at 9 pm and it takes me 15 minutes to get through a 2 person line. We need change
