This should never happen because everyone in lines food should be done already. My food ended up not feeling fresh because it had been waiting on a shelf for half an hour. Processes need to change so they can move people through this drive up line faster. Honestly it’s ridiculous.

I saw a man stand in front to be helped for 10 minutes and that's not an exaggeration. We waited to be helped for 5 and it was not busy they just did not prioritize the customers. We had to wait for 10 minutes for chicken to be cooked because someone lacked communication that they were out to who ever was cooking.

They went above and beyond to honor my special requests for my salad, and without even being asked, they carried my food to the table for me. Their service was truly thoughtful and extraordinary. I’ve visited this location in the past and haven’t always been as pleased with the service, which made this experience stand out even more. Sasha and David did an amazing job and completely changed my impression. Excellent customer service, thank you both!
