  One of the cleanest chick-fil-a’s I have ever been to! We ate inside and it was packed. One of our orders was missing sauces, and Slater was quick to take care of it! And he gave us mints as a sorry. He continued to check in on us and refill our drinks. Wonderful experience thanks to the amazing staff. I will be back!

  This was one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The layout is extremely confusing and poorly organized. We initially entered the wrong way, realized it, and corrected ourselves—but even after ordering properly, the situation only got worse. Another car came in the wrong direction (the same way we originally did), and instead of being directed to go the correct way or fall in line behind us, an employee allowed them to cut in front. We were then stuck waiting for their order before we could even move forward. The separate mobile order lane seems like a good idea in theory, but in practice it just adds to the confusion and congestion—especially given the location and space constraints. This setup clearly isn’t working. This location would benefit a lot from simplifying the drive-thru into standard lanes and adding clear signage to direct traffic properly. Right now, it feels chaotic and poorly thought out.

  I had the worst best experience at this location! 😆 of the four meals we ordered, only one was correct. The one that was correct had all the substitutions and add-ons! I worked with three or four different employees and all were so kind and accommodating to make it right for us. It was a little embarrassing because I felt like this never happens to me and I usually don’t have to ask or complain when I eat out. Everyone left with smiles, and it was a great experience, thank you so much to Jason and staff!

  Slow service, wrong food. They give us our order before the people in front of us in the drive thru, but we still have to wait for the person in front to get their food before we can get out. We've been several times thinking things would be better and every time leave disappointed. More worth your time to go to a different location.

  Went through the drive through ordered only two meals and they told us to pull forward into a parking spot and then everyone in the mobile through and drive through got their food before us than left and even more people were being served that came way after us and it was probably about 20 cars all got their food before and we sat there for about 30 minutes before we just left I get it you’re short staffed but I work in a restaurant and that’s just crazy
