  Whoever took orders today was fine but this isn't what this is about. Came to get 7 shakes almost $60. So I'm spending a good chunk of money to support this business. Received my order pretty quickly but the cups were covered in so much ice cream and it was already melting everywhere. Those cups don't fit in the to go holders they have so the damn ice cream flew all over my car matts that are BRAND NEW. I asked for to go cup covers and no one wanted to help whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and wasted my money on a shitty place!

  Went through drive-thru, ordered a chocolate twist cone dipped we got a chocolate twist cone but not dipped asked to have a dipped one, manager said we have to pay for another one again. I don't think we should pay for it again, for their mess up. Server at drive thru was not very friendly and knowledgeable.

  They are supposed to close at 10:00 showed up before 10:00 and were told they are closed. Crazy.

  Came in well before closing time and they told me I could not order because the kitchen was closed.

  I did not enjoy this place cause the person who took my order did not seem like she knew what to do and the food took a while so the ice cream melted and when I asked for them to remake it they argued with me:one star
