  the food is always pretty good, yk tastes like classic mcdonald’s. They also always have suchhhh good fries. It’s honestly just the customer service!! I have had numerous times where i will seriously wait 10 minutes just because i want to order or grab a sauce. They will go to help someone order and then just walk right past when i ask excuse me.

  Their early morning manager that is there at 6am M-TH (march 2026) gives the absolute best service. He goes out of his way to make sure that I receive great service, & breakfast. I come by almost daily for my family's breakfast and he makes sure everything is correct and takes care of my allergies as much as I do. He speaks to the other staff respectfully and puts people in a good mood. I wish I knew his name, he knows mine. Thats how friendly he is.

  Look, I know this job sucks...but if you're a manager.....dont ignore your customers.....all I wanted was friggin' ketchup! Is that so hard?? Besides myself, one other person in dining room....if you hate it, QUIT!!!!

  Ordered the Big Arch. They forgot to include the assembly instructions. That burger looked like all the the ingredients were thrown into the container for you to assemble yourself.

  Very average, it was McDonald's after all. That being said I ordered a "big breakfast", I'm guessing they thought that I was a to go order, I wasn't asked or given a number for my table, after sitting down for what I thought was a long time, I got up walked to the counter to find no employees around and food sitting there in a bag getting cold, so I took the food and went back to sit down and eat, then realized my big breakfast that comes with three pancakes had no syrup, so back to the counter where I had to call out for an employee, then repeat myself three time's could I get some syrup for my breakfast, as I was looked at like I was trying to get something for nothing. Unfortunately I don't have the parking to just go anywhere, but I won't be back here again
