Came through the drive thru and was told to wait. we waited for about 10 minutes then she started to take are order, in the middle of are order she made us wait again. as she was taking are order she kept asking the same questions over and over probably because she was distracted since she was whispering to the other lady inside multiple times. Considered driving off and going to the Santaquin subway…

Waited 15minutes for 3 basic sandwiches and received 2 with bread so burnt it should have never even made it as an option to sell. On top of that there was only one other customer there and it still took 7 minutes for us to even place our order though the drive through. When we got to the window and waited 15 minutes for us talk to an associate for them to take a form of payment; the person who was receiving our card to pay had to check again to see what we ordered. All in all it felt like no one knew what was going on with our order or how to handle things efficiently.

Normally, I love this location. It’s easy. It’s a few minutes away and usually the workers are great. I decided after driving for a while getting back into town. I wanted Subway, but I didn’t want to have to go inside so I opted to use the drive-through which I had used a couple times before worker comes onto the intercom takes my order. Has me pull up to the window and leaves me sitting there for half an hour and I kept waiting and waiting Being patient and after all that time, I still never never got the opportunity to get my sandwich And the second it hit That 30 minute mark, I decided I was fed up and drove off because I was not being helped and sure enough I rounded the exit of the drive-through and there are TWO cars in the parking lot. Needless to say i am very unhappy with how my experience was today.
