    I went through the drive through at 7:12pm 2/23/26. I ordered a crunchy spicy chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it taste like raw fish. I tried calling their number but its out of order.. I was going to go back but im unable to. This is a first and my last of this chicken sandwich...

    The new McDonald’s in Payson did not disappoint! I had the Big Breakfast with Steak, and I have to admit… no one ever told me McDonald’s had steak for breakfast. Wow, it was good! The sirloin steak is seasoned with Montreal seasoning. It’s not a huge cut, but it absolutely packs big flavor. Tender, well-seasoned, and a perfect addition to a breakfast I’ve always loved. I’ve been a longtime fan of McDonald’s breakfast, but adding steak to the plate takes it to another level. Amazing breakfast option. I’m loving it!

    Megan is the sweetest! My son is 6 years old and has non-verbal, severe autism. I didn’t realize this at the time, but while sitting at our table my son noticed another customer pick up an ice cream cone at the counter. My son immediately went up to the counter and just stood there. I realized later he was waiting to see if anyone would give him an ice cream cone like the customer he observed. Megan noticed him. When he didn’t want to leave and get in the car, Megan offered to give him and my other two kids a little cup of ice cream. I finally put two and two together and realized because of Megan, my son ended up getting the ice cream he couldn’t tell us he wanted. Megan was so observant, sweet and thoughtful!

    Honestly, I’ve held back on reviews and after the 5th time at this location I’m finally going to leave a review. The past orders we’ve had such major mistakes such as missing ingredients on items, not fresh, and not the best service. Due to what I saw happen to an employee, I don’t think I can support the McDonald’s in the area due to it possibly being the GM or Area Manager. I don’t know how you can manage a location when dismissing a employees complaints the way that she did, it just wasn’t the dismissing it was the excuses she gave as to why they were being treated the way they were, and the tone was absolutely condescending. It was gross. Even my 11 year old stated she was not nice. I cannot support a business when it is run by someone who mistreats their employees, dismisses their experiences and making excuses as to why the other person acted the way they did. You can see the defeat in that employee’s face when leaving. That was not okay in the least bit. Also, you may want to find a better space to hold these conversations if you don’t want complaints on behaviors of managers. Very disgusted and I will be researching who this manager was and make sure not to go to any locations they are managing, I’ve seen her at both Payson locations and the one in Santaquin. In order for a business to run properly is to have employees treated with respect for them to want to be there and give their very best service, I don’t see how that can be done with what I saw unfold.
