- THTaylor HicksFeb 14, 20262.0Listen..today is Valentine's Day so I completely understand how busy and stressful it may have been for the employees. I have worked in fast food before myself. However the behavior of one particular employee, from other reviews she seems to be a manager (blond with pink streaks in her hair,) was so uncalled for! She was working alongside two male coworkers and speaking to them SO rudely. Demanding something from them every couple seconds, and trying to make them feel guilty for her stress. After about 10 minutes of me standing by the counter waiting for my order, she finally noticed me watching and then said "wait customers think we're actually fighting.." and then tried to play it off as a joke saying "oh we're just joking, poking fun. Having fun at work ya know??" And the guys agreed. Whether you joke around your coworkers or not you should never speak that way to ANYONE. In a professional setting especially. Manager girl, if you see this, please take it as a reminder that you are not above anyone else, no matter your job title.

All while 5 more unhappy/uncomfortable people waited with no help. I left without my order and received a call from a friend who was also waiting. He stated that both managers were UNPROFESSIONAL and had a terrible attitude, when he asked to talk to one, especially the one with pink hair. Whoever owns this franchise, you lost 2 clients permanently. PS: my friend actually got his order and found a hair with it.
