  I went through drive thru on my way out of town, the cashier kept saying one more minute for 10-15 minutes. After patiently waiting I gave my order, no sauces or lettuce on a Spicy Chix. I paid and left, 10 min later I pull out my Chix and the only items on there were mayo and lettuce. I was going out of state so I called the store but no answer. I returned from out of state and went back in, after telling them my order story they told me they could not accept the old order. Once they got through who was going to do my order (because Rockin Char, and the team had things to do), they through a patty on a bun and handed it to me! Not worth the money, I didn't even get my fries that came w/ meal. Horrible not fresh, and not made to order. Won't be back.

  Wasn’t treated very kindly and felt rushed while ordering. The two employees kept telling customers in the drive thru and the lobby there were only two of them working, but that’s not an excuse to be rude, rush people, or complain in front of customers. I also had to buy a whole new burger because they refused to fix my original burger. Literally while I was there, someone came in asking for a refund because they didn’t receive their order then what I assume to be the manager complained to the other workers very loudly saying that when they do refunds other stores can see and was upset. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the experience felt unprofessional overall and to complain about your job in front of people is also super unprofessional.

  Horrible service at this location. Was the only person waiting in line for over 10 mins until a worker finally acknowledged me standing there, only to tell me that they arent taking any new orders because they are behind on orders.

  This place has really turned around. The employee Justin provides excellent customer service. Our order is always fast, correct and fresh. Thank you Justin.

  This place sucks! I ordered an apple pecan salad without blue cheese. I got a salad with extra blue cheese. We were on the freeway when I opened it without a place to turn around. I called numerous times and they just hung up without answering.
