  I stopped by this McDonald’s on the way back home to Montana pull through the drive-through behind. A few other cars are service wasn’t answered when we pulled up to the speaker. We waited for I’d say about 510 minutes. No one responded so we drove around cause we saw the cars keep moving when we got to the window. Nobody was at the window so we pulled the next window where the person was receiving food so we drove back around to the menu board behind another car that they had answered right away. Once again we waited again for them to reply on the microphone as soon as we started ordering, we couldn’t even finish the order before. They asked us if there’s anything else and before we could reply, yes they would tell us to pull forward and we’d have to remind him. We still wanted to order so just kept getting cut off continuously that we just said fine whatever we’ll just pull forward. Wasn’t in the position to ask for a receipt. She wouldn’t give us one went to the next window, I was trying to ask for napkins and jellies and hot sauce for the food and was told to pull forward for three sausage burritos and a sausage Mc griddle and two coffees mind you no other coffee was available just the two regular coffees soon as we started asking for the receipt in our paper towels and all that things we were cut off immediately again poor service poor place. The food was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there early in the morning and hopefully the staff by night is a lot Kinder and wants customers. I will never go back again.

  This place is awful. How can a McDonalds be so bad. Is it the horrible work ethic of Park City people? Every time my order is wrong, they make me wait, no shakes. Get it together. Awful awful awful

  Asks me to pull forward into stall number 2 that is parallel to the drive thru window. I asked why if there is know one behind me. The gal said because of the timer. Isn't the timer for accountability? Then some crazy lady yells at me because I couldn't park where she wanted me to because of the snow and the car in front of me. I think a attitude adjustment is in order. Its a double quarter pounder with cheese, who could get upset about that. I think that you should be thankfull that you have such a wonderful job in the greatest place in the world.

  Salí de mi trabajo justo con una amiga y le dije que yo no quería ir a mi casa todavía por que estaba NEVANDO mucho y la envite a comer y nos fuimos a comer pase un rato agradable con ella disfrutando de su compañía

  Every time I go their coffee is burnt and tastes like it’s been sitting all day. And their food always comes out cold or lukewarm. I understand this is a fast food restaurant but I’ve never had a problem with ANY other McDonald’s location. Coffee should be changed out every 2-3 hours. Same with any other food left in hot holding. You can’t leave food sitting that’s under 145°. Maybe y’all need to retake y’all’s food handlers. I work in food service too.
