I made it to this McDonald’s right around when they were opening. I sat there for about 10 minutes then some lady tells me that they’re closed and will not be serving me!

I'm a southern woman and sweet yes its my house wine..I expect it to be perfectly balanced with the perfect amount of sugar and Kimball Junction McDonald's never fails me... best set tea in all of Utah. And the staff is amazingly friendly,kind and helpful. I never but my sweet tea at any other McDonald's cuz it's questionable lol

Not a big deal… I got to the window and told them it was rang up wrong and asked to pay the difference or give me the correct item and the guy that took the payment came up to the window and started yelling at me and shoving a receipt in my face…. It wasn’t even that big of a deal…. I drove back around and talked to the manager who was nice, but I hope he actually takes care of it. The guy didn’t have a name tag and they wouldn’t give me a name for the review, but it is a middle age man, kind of short, skinny, longer black kind of curly greasy hair *with no hair net* I always have issues with this McDonald’s and I get working in customer service can be hard… but I have NEVER!!! Had an employer crash out on me like this dude did… over me wanting what I ordered and offering to pay the difference…

It was like the kid at the drive-thru had never heard of the app, even though he asked us if we wanted to use it. Apparently he assumed it would contain our entire order as soon as we told him the code. When he couldn’t figure it out immediately he told us to come to the next window, where he glanced at our phone and told us “I can’t do anything with that.” Then he stared at us awkwardly until we drove out of the line to get back in the line. When we finally got up to the front to order, he asked “Are you using the app today?” No, kid. We’re not, because you don’t know how it works. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the brain trust at the next window forgot to bag our sauces. This was not the first bad experience we’ve had here, but it’s definitely top three.
