  The service is great! Staff very friendly. When the chicken melts were too undercooked the manager/supervisor was actually very friendly about addressing and fixing the problem. It is a bit dirty sometimes, but at least when we last went we saw someone actively cleaning. Way better than center street location where the manager is exceptionally rude. She’s one of the kinds of managers who gets a power trip from telling customers no, so it’s nice to see a big change in treatment.

  love standing in line for 15 mins when my mobile order was done the whole time sitting on the shelf. Watched the employees making all the drive through orders and the door dash drivers who walked in and got all their food made and given to them. Guy working the drive through said he wold be with me in a minute and helped four more cars through the drive through after that all to just get my friggin order off of the shelf.

  I bought the Gordillo crunch and some wraps. Its amazing but expensive. The taco shown here is $10 just for 1 taco. The atmosphere is good. Staff are helpful in respond to questions when I asked.

  horrible customer service every time. Customer doesn't matter, just slam the bag out the window not even a complete order and not busy. It was dead inside and dead in the drive through, felt like I was being rushed. What happened to a simple "hi" anymore. I had to ask for my drink and sauce. The employee just slammed the window open tossed the bag and walked away. Tons of attitude because she failed to fulfill the order correctly so I had to try to get her attention after 3 seconds through the window to recover the rest of my order.

  I placed an online order, and then came through the drive through a few minutes later. First thing the guy says is that they're closed right now. I told him I placed an order online, and he said he can't help me because their computer is resetting. (Note, it was 4am. But if you can't service people 24 hours, don't say you're open 24/7. Or, the website should notify you that it's going to be a half hour wait when placing the order. I came during business hours.) He asks if I would come back in 20 or 30 minutes. I asked if I had a choice since the order was already billed. He says, no not really. I politely asked if I get a discount for the long wait, and he tells me no. No? Seriously? Dude was insanely rude about it. I gave you my money under the pretense of "fast" food. You now have my money. You're saying you can't refund me and are telling me I need to wait a half hour if I want to get the food. Obviously I want the food. I'm not here to make a donation to Taco Bell. I come back in 25 minutes. I wait in the drive through another 5-10 minutes for the food. It's been almost over 30 minutes at this point since placing the order. The girl gives me my food. I know she knows I've been waiting over a half hour, and I ask if she can offer anything to compensate me for the wait. She says she personally can't help. I wait for a moment and she just stares at me. I ask if someone else could help. She's grabs the guy from before. Big burly guy with dark hair and lots of facial hair. He didn't give his name and didn't have a name tag. He pretends to look around for a minute. He offers me a coupon that I can use through the app only, but he says that it usually doesn't work. Why would I want a coupon that doesn't work? He's messing with me at this point. Clearly bullying me. I can tell this is about him needing to feel powerful and like he's in charge. I remain calm and ask him again, so after waiting here for over 30 minutes there is absolutely nothing you can do for me? He says no. I look at him and say "Really?" He says in an angered voice, "I can't help you man!" He's escalating at this point. Not sure why as I'm the one who should be upset. I drive away. When I got home I realized the food was inedible. The chicken was literally the color brown. I have photos. It was beyond burnt. So tough I could barely get my teeth through it. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. It was truly disgusting. Not fit for human consumption. The fries had been dumped in the bag upside down. They were smashed and cold. Everything else was extremely small. Barely any filling in the taco and burrito. The man and woman working there, I don't know why they were so fixed on being as disrespectful as possible. From the interactions to the way the food was prepared.
