  This location is terrible at everything! The doors are always close and their drive-through doesn’t even work! We ordered online and they got all the order wrong!!! It looks like they were in some drugs or something when they finally show up to give the order late!!

  *Update* The manager reach out to me and was very polite about the whole experience. It did take some time for any word back but I raised my rating to four stars just because the fact they took time and actually tried to make up for this experience. Thank you! First off, I don’t usually share reviews unless I have an exceptional experience or a really bad one. I have been a long time Subway fan and loyal customer for as long as I can remember the business being open. Usually my order is perfect and I never regret my decision but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for my latest visit. I try to give benefit of the doubt but this visit wasn’t great. I decided to go in to order because they had a very long line in the drive through. When I got into the store the employees were very busy making the sandwiches in the drive through but they didn’t seem to really have a rhythm for working with one another. To be quite honest it was kind of a disaster. But again when things get busy I get it, things also get crazy. As I was ordering my tasty sub, one of the online orders came in to pick up her order. She had ordered multiple subs and it seemed that the employees couldn’t find one of her subs or something had gone a little wrong with the order (I was trying to be polite and not listen in on the conversation) but she walked away from the counter as who I assume was the manager on duty quickly made her missing sandwich. As I got the the counter to pay THEY MISPLACED MY SANDWICH. They then concluded that they accidentally gave it to the customer in front of me but instead of asking her themselves they state *loudly* for me to check with her to see if she had my sandwich. Talk about AWKWARD. I asked politely if she had just a single sandwich but, surprise, my missing sandwich still nowhere to be found. I watched as they scrambled to look between the sandwiches going out the window and online orders and my heart dropped. I heard the manager reminding them many times that they needed to stop crowding the window and register. One of the employees picked up a sub and triumphantly stated, “Ah here’s your sandwich!” So I just at this point wanted to pay and get out of there. I paid and took “my sub” and left because I had to be back to work. When I got to work, I opened my bag so ready for my yummy sub and then my heart drops once more when I smell vinegar and pepperoni. Usually I would just brush it off and I wouldn’t complain and I would just eat the sub I got. But I have some dietary restrictions and I couldn’t eat this sub. I was so disappointed. I was so ready for my order and I couldn’t even eat it. I sent a customer service inquiry last week and still have yet to receive any word. Again, usually not a big deal but I didn’t even get to eat what I paid for. Subway, I’m pretty disappointed.
