  I don’t know what has happened to this store over the last three years, but it has become one a nightmare whenever coming I come here. The bread is always undercooked or overcooked and when toasted never toasted the right amount. The employees here always come off hostile and unprofessional, when I came in tonight the first employee to help us felt like they were rushing us and the second employee was chewing gum and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I never feel like I can get vegetables because they’re always mixed together. I’m going to find another location and so should anyone reading this review.

  Food is usually what you expect from subway, but the employees are always very low energy and seem angry taking my order.

  Went to this Subway®, which was down the street from where I had originally placed my online order. My online order was never fulfilled at the original store, although the app said the order was ready for pick up. I went to this Subway location to re-order my food. They fulfilled the order in full at no charge when I showed them the online orders and told them what had happened. I’ll never go back to the Subway by WINCO in Orem, although that has been the one I go to in the past. This location on North State Street is the only location in north Orem that I’ll patronize. Excellent employee service from Charlie and Arsco. Thank you

  Rude, useless and disrespectful! The managers and the employees are the same. Don’t waste your time to deal with these type of people.

  I felt really validated to find other people had terrible and rude customer service experiences. Ours was with Ryan. Ryan hid his face behind his hat which meant he was talking down towards the counter the whole time which made it nearly impossible to hear him and with him looking down we couldn't try reading lips. I wish I was exaggerating when I say he put 6 leaves of spinach on when I asked for it. He was aggressive in how he pushed my sandwhich down towards the cash register. We all stood at the register while he handled money for a solid 3 minutes but I'm not sure why because the till before us was settled by a much kinder worker. Then he asked what the first sandwhich was again which is totally normal so we told him. He started getting irritated and insisted that we tell him what the first one was. When he realized he wanted to second one and we had been right and he chilled out a little. A place like this should be able to opt out of asking for a tip because it really is insulting to be asked for more after such terrible service and experience.
