  This was the second time in two weeks I went through the drive through and waited 10 to 15 min and no response. I end up going in and there are no customers and employees sitting in the back. It’s fine if the drive through is down but at least put a sign saying to come in or something.

  Ordered foot long All American with extra cheese. What did I receive?? Stale bread with PEPPERONI and pickles (gross), and literally 3 pieces of spinach. They should add this to the menu and offer 50 bucks to see if anyone would be willing to call it food. Thats all I wanted all day was just a half decent sandwich. No chips either. I hope at least they had a good high. What a sad end to my day. ;( Won’t let me even take a picture to show you.

  I have ordered multiple times from this Subway and I am at the point where I wont be ordering from here again. I've had multiple times where i've ordered a sub online and when I go to get it, it is never done right.

  we had a coupon for a footlong meal for $8.99. at the window the employee said the italian sub wouldn’t work on the coupon, took the coupon, read it, and said that it said on the bottom that the italian was excluded from the coupon. we said okay and payed the full amount which ended up being like 18 dollars, but read the coupon ourselves and literally nowhere does it say anything about that???? why did he lie and make us pay double ?? this is evil
