  I order on the app and I am picking up at the drive thru and I been waiting for 20mins.! This is ridiculous. I seen to cars leave because of the wait is taking for ever.! Don’t recommend coming to this McDonalds. Never coming back

  EVERYTIME I come through something is wrong. This location is on my way to work, so it’s perfectly position for a quick drive through, but it’s just worth it. Sometimes it’s forgotten items or wrong items, but without fail, they cannot get the mobile app rewards or pay via app thing right.

  Not the best McDonald's. I try not to go to McDonald's too much, but when you have a kid with you, sometimes it's the easiest. There are no self service options like drink refills, napkins, etc. You have to ask a worker. The problem is they kind of ignore you and it's really hard to get their attention. I'm not sure why they went this this format at this McDonald's but it's not good. Our order was also missing a drink, condiments, and napkins.

  I went on night and this lady Brian, was so rude with us. Give cold food and ask food, and the coke that I ask with ice was hot and without ice. What a bad costumer service, not planning to coming back. They should take that Brian out this place, rude, not friendly, mean to everyone and bad actitud.

  The service is terrible: 1 Long wait times. 2 Orders are incomplete. Double burgers usually need to be checked; otherwise, you’ll get a regular version. 3 No sauces are provided, and you have to keep asking for them. 4 Drinks and water need to be requested every time because the drink machines are inside, and it takes a long time to get served as the staff is busy. 5 There seems to be very little staff, so you always have to wait a long time when you need service. They only have time to listen to your needs once the food is ready to be served. 6 If a group of people goes to dine, they only provide one cup of water and say that if everyone wants a cup of water, they need to pay for it!
