  It was good as McDonald's gets and pretty fast service one thing I dislike is the new ways of ordering which is all electronic it's annoying to me personally play some people like it!!

  Im 60 years old and I've never had a worse meal from a McDonald's!!!! I had to call out for someone to finally take my order and then when I got to my hotel across the street I had the luxury of a large bag of crap! Every fry was crunchy hard and cold and burger was sloppily made. I would have felt bad to give this to a homeless person!!!! What a waste of my money!

  Ordered 2 custom hot and spicy sandwiches (one with MAC sauce, and one with cheese) and they gave me 2 normal hot and spicy sandwiches. Also no one was up front taking the lobby orders (which was full). Staff were very inconsiderate to the lobby guests (including me). Never returning here again..

  Roggo was so mean to me and my friends, we didn’t get service from him for like 20 minutes and he said he was “ignoring us” his customer service skills NEED to be improved. With that being said, ivy is doing FANTASTIC and deserves a raise! She was so helpful and kind.

  Ultimately gave up on asking for the drink I wanted because the order taker was probably multitasking and couldn’t take the time to understand what I was saying. Then I parked where I was told and was given someone else’s burger. Seems like a management problem to me for not communicating clear directions or helping their order taker. Will not be returning to this location. I don’t have extra cash to spend on random things I didn’t order.
