I’ve attached photos comparing this salad to one I bought just two days earlier at the Provo location(First photo). The difference is very noticeable: the Provo salad was full, fresh, and worth the price, while the Orem salad (second photo) was underfilled, mostly lettuce, and looked like it was thrown together without care. For the same price, I shouldn’t get two completely different portions depending on which Wendy’s I go to. Customers expect consistency and quality no matter the location. I hope management at this location takes this seriously, because this left me frustrated as a loyal Wendy’s customer who usually enjoys recommending your salads.
