Shouldn't this be included with $13 combination? I thought? I went back and sat down. Finished eating. Picking chicken out of the wrap. The only thing that was decent were the fries. At least they were hot and had salt on them. Overall. I definitely can see why Wendy's is not keeping up with other fast food chains. They are overpriced, food is not flavorful and service is to be desired.

The app doesn't work. I had no choice but to wait 15 minutes. Got home with the fries, and just like they have been for the past many years, they're junk - soggy, tasteless, cold.
