Dismissive service. No one working the counter and when they came up. No greeting or acknowledgment of me as a customer. Took my order. Didn't give me an option of sizes. Just asked me if I wanted a medium. Who knew that you could get a small or large size? Either way, $13 for a chicken wrap without any sauce included is a rip-off. The chicken wrap was bland and unflavorful. When I went to the counter and asked for some sort of sauce they said I could have some but they would have to charge me. $0.50! Shouldn't this be included with $13 combination? I thought? I went back and sat down. Finished eating. Picking chicken out of the wrap. The only thing that was decent were the fries. At least they were hot and had salt on them. Overall. I definitely can see why Wendy's is not keeping up with other fast food chains. They are overpriced, food is not flavorful and service is to be desired.

Came through, restaurant is out of Frosty. That's your signature order. I ordered online, you couldn't or wouldn't cancel the order, telling me I had to do it. The app doesn't work. I had no choice but to wait 15 minutes.
Got home with the fries, and just like they have been for the past many years, they're junk - soggy, tasteless, cold.
