When we did go in, 3 workers were leaning on the counters doing nothing. The food was not in bags, but sitting there already complete. Will never go to this Wendys again. Would leave a zero if possible.

I almost never give a poor review, but tonight I had to, if for no other reason than the hope this store owner gets the information and something can be done to help the employees improve. I’ve been a Wendy’s customer for decades and enjoy several items on the menu. They have the best chili, in my opinion! Tonight we ordered a large chili which was the only item for one of our party who also *loves* Wendy’s chili! It came out extra spicy with no meat. What’s worse, the beans were still hard like they hadn’t finished the batch. I kindly asked an employee to replace it with a cup that had the chili meat with it… there was literally not a single piece of meat in the whole large chili. She said she would do that… we left the store after about 15mins with no response back. In addition, the clerk who took our order was very curt and rude. This is not the typical experience, but easily the worse experience we’ve had at any Wendy’s! I hope the manager sees these reviews and that the owner is informed. Your brand is getting trashed by poor customer service at this location. At least that was the case beyond what is reasonable tonight.
