Every car in the drive through will add 5-10 minutes to your wait, even if you placed an order online 30 minutes ago. They forget many things, burn things, don't make customizations correctly, and never have frosty mix properly frozen. Many have been rude or completely neglectful when I ask for sauces, cup holders, or the other odd-thing. This on top of the corporation removing many good things from the menu, upping prices consistently, and deteriorating the app and deals, solidifies a one star review.
