Good to see Chicago Style Pizza is back in Utah. Rosati's is a local Chicago Pizza joint that got so popular they franchised and now are expanding to other states too. You get the same experience here that you would back in Chicago in the best ways. The Deep Dish and Tavern Style will satisfy any cravings you might have. This isn't some Pizza Hut/Domino's 'take' on a deep dish, or tavern, it's the real deal. They also use fresh sausage that cooks on the pizza giving the cheese its signature flavor. I was most excited by the Mozzarella Sticks, I mean look at that cheese pull! Also the sauce they use on everything is fresh, vibrant, flavorful and delicious. Try them out!
Dine in is an order at the counter and seat yourself sort of thing. Probably 20-25 tables worth. They do bring you your food, but everything else is self serve including Pepsi product refills. Price is good for how full you'll be and how everyone will leave happy with leftovers. Will try more Chicago-y items next time(Antipasto, Italian Beef, etc), definitely check it out.

This place is great! The girl taking orders was so kind and helpful, and the owner was a chill guy. The mozzarella sticks are good and the garlic cheese bread is excellent. The Chicago style deep-dish is totally worth trying, too.
The best part was we got one cheese pizza kids meal, and it was HUGE. My two kids shared it and only ate half. Great bang for your buck for premium pizza.

I moved here from Chicago years ago and was excited to get a childhood favorite it town. Ive ordered from here several times, hoping the bad pizzas were just a fluke...
Today is the last time. Truly disgusting. I asked for well done and it was even more nasty than when I don't ask for well done. Basically the pizza here is a bag of seasoned mozzarella cheese on undercooked crust. So much so that everything slides off as soon as you take a bite.
What a shame. This place was so good when the Rosatis corporate team was in town helping them get set up. The owners should be embarrassed about the quality and giving a bad rep to a decent Chicago brand.

So good!! A friend told me to meet here for deep dish pizza. I was skeptical. I’m used to Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s or Gino’s East. We screwed up the order and got a regular pizza and wings at first which was great and then got deep dish - so good. Crust, cheese, sauce and ingredients all 5 stars. This will be the only place I get pizza now and no more need for trips to Chicago! I can watch the Bears and Cubs on tv and how many times do you need to see the bean, go the pier, or take a river architecture tour?

NOT your average pizza joint, this place goes HARD. 🍕🔥
This is the FIRST Rosati’s in Utah, and they’re already setting the bar insanely high. Is it perfect yet? Not quite, but it’s dangerously close.
They fly in management straight from Chicago to train the cooks, line staff, and servers to true Rosati’s standards, from the pizza to the service, and you can absolutely taste and feel the difference.
The food is unreal.
The vibes are immaculate.
The service is top tier.
This will hands down be one of the best pizza spots in Utah before long. If you’re sleeping on this place, wake up.
10/10, go eat here. 🍕🔥
